SUBMISSION PRIVACY NOTICE

How your information is used.

FTB Records AI collects the information you voluntarily provide in the music submission form to evaluate your track for the program or programs you select, contact you about that submission and request supporting rights information when needed.

What we collect

Contact information, artist and song information, private listening links, rights and ownership details, available-version information and, for Artist Spotlight applicants, promotional links and biographical material.

How the form is delivered

The form is transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to the FTB business mailbox. Do not send bank details, passwords, government identification numbers or confidential account credentials.

Sharing and ownership

Submitting information does not transfer ownership of your music. FTB may review the submission internally and may contact you before sharing or publicly posting any music or promotional material. Separate permission or an agreement is required where applicable.

Requests

To correct or request deletion of a submission, email ftbvirtualworld@gmail.com from the same address used to submit.

Effective October 15, 2026. This notice may be updated as the program and its systems develop.
